What is a UL Listed Central Station?
American Alarm provides security and safety monitoring services though our UL listed central station. In order to earn the title of “UL Listed Central Station”, we had demonstrate that our facility had the ability to meet UL strict standards. 
Our central station passed the UL requirements for receiving and monitoring equipment, building structure, and staffing requirements. Our installation and ongoing security equipment services were also reviewed. We are subject to auditing to ensure we consistently comply with the UL standards we initially met.
American Alarms also provides UL listed products along with services. Therefore we are required to meet another set of standards for the services we provide to those products.
